A conference call is a conversation between more than two persons through the telephone. The participants are called the party. The conference call is of two types; one, in which all the parties can participate, therefore can listen and can speak and the other one is which, only some of the people can talk and the other can just listens. Conference calls are so designed so that the parties can add the subscriber using the system of the conference bridge. These conference call systems are now used by all the multinational companies to connect all their global offices and the employees through the telephone.

The business firms often use the conference call to get connected to their remote clients within the same country or outside. Conference calls have become so famous now a day, as it is cost effective and time saving way to talk and connect with the people all over the world. The web conferences are now also being used along the conference calls to show and have presentations via internet. This is very productive way of doing the business. Conference calls are now also being used in social network such as the group call. These conference calls really will take a prior position for communication in future.
